Indented Hull Question / Help

I purchased this Laser w/ trailer for the trailer actually to use with another Laser I have! The guy actually kept the boat on the trailer TIED DOWN for about a year or so! So where the trailer bumpers rest and the hull, have been indented quite a bit.

Can this be fixed with putty or poxy and sanded down? Or it a lost cause?

Have you every seen something like this?

I was going to post on line, but doesn't show you the true issue.
 
Unless the fiberglass has cracked, it should revert back to it's orginal shape over time. I would give it a month or so before I thought about laying on a bunch of filler
 
Bottom up, in the sun might help.

And you might consider improving the bunks before using that trailer again. Or, just put the dolly on the bunks.
