Waxing Hull

The best thing I've found is the the interlux marine wax with teflon, apply it 2-3 times after the hull has been cleaned well

try international teflon polish
and remember you are putting it on to protect your hull puting it on to gain speed is against class rules

The link did not work for me, but I think this is the same article.....

The main benefit for polishing the hull is doing a visual inspection of the hull i.e. looking for cracks in the joint, around the centreboard case, deep scratches that need repairing etc. With respect to time gained around the course, you'd gain more by spending the time spent polishing, practicing your tacks.
