Seminolesailer, thank you for your interest. The bracket is time consuming (lots of hand fitting), making it more expensive - higher than I would like it to be (plus add materials and shipping). I am in search of some power equipment, in the hopes to get the price down. But for now, I can still...
Hello, yes I made the bracket for Aquaman as well as a few others on the site, the most recent was this summer. I am not able to mass produce them because much of the process is hand forming using a hand file and takes time. If you are needing a bracket right away I wouldn't be able to do...
I believe the instruction manual for the 14.2 has a diagram that shows the factory length (not sure if it gives the diameter but it may). I think the manual is shown on this site.
Thank you Boldham that was very helpful, thank goodness for calipers and helpful people. Thank you for taking the time to do that!
Mashmaster they are still moving forward just not as quickly as I had hoped, had a few hold-ups but they are looking great!. I will make a posting once I have a...
Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my question. I am in the process of making some Hobie Cat "Baby Bob" brackets for the mast heads. Your model 3 looks identical to my model 1, so I am assuming the model 2 would also be the same.
If you could do me a favor...to accurately...

Hello JonnieMorganSail, I made the bracket for Aquaman. I hope to make some brackets this summer and will post them on the Sailing Forum once I start. Thank you for your interest.

Yes Aquaman that was one of my brackets, I'm glad it is working well for you...I need to make some more of them, it is a good design but takes a lot of work to shape it to fit tightly inside the mast. Thank you Aquaman, happy sailing!

OK thanks AI W but the 6 foot length you quoted wasn't working on my boat so I ended up searching for more discussion and found this post as was referenced from the the Capri 14 handbook shown and tabbed on the home page on this site:
"Look toward the top and you will see a tab titled “C-14...
